I am having this issue where I upgraded Magento 2.4.7-p5 to 2.4.7-p7. I upgraded apache 2.4.63 to 2.4.65 and php 8.1 to 8.2.29 and now some messages including the add to compare messages are not showing on the frontend. If I switch to Nginx (which is not an option) the add to compare message shows. We have a 3 website configuration, example: magento.test to base website, magento.test/foo to foo website and magento.test/bar to bar website. We actually installed a Vanilla Magento 2.4.7-p7 with Vanilla DB on this server and the add to compare message was not showing.
