Getting error while installing latest version of vertexinc/vertex-tax-module

I am attempting to upgrade the Vertex Tax module from version 4.6 to the latest 6.1.0 as listed on the Adobe Commerce Marketplace. However, Composer is unable to locate the package.

Commands Attempted:

1. composer require vertexinc/vertex-tax-module

2. composer require vertexinc/vertex-tax-module:^6.1.0

3. composer update vertexinc/vertex-tax-module

Error Received:
