We are running Magento 2.4.8-p3 on Nexcess Cloud. Elasticsearch 8 is installed on the server, but in the Magento admin it is marked as deprecated.
How do we properly enable OpenSearch for Magento 2.4.8-p3? Do we need to install OpenSearch directly on the Nexcess server, or can we use a third-party hosted OpenSearch service like the one described here: https://help.krystal.io/magento/configuring-opensearch-with-magento-2-4
