Composer Repositoriy Not reachable (amasty)

this is not working:

“composer config repositories.amasty composer https://composer.amasty/community/” vie Terminal

composer.json should be ok already checked

Im working on Remote SSH on Webroot via PHPStorm Client IDE

It worked with another server this way.

Already contacted supports -> nothing to improve situation..

Any ideas?
