We are facing a new issue in the current live site. When we applied a sale via catalog price rule, it was working fine from Monday to Friday, but after Saturday night or Sunday, it stopped working. We had set the end date for next Wednesday, but it stopped working on Sunday itself. So we extend the sale and decided to continue the sale till next Monday, and removed the end date, thinking that it might be caused because of end date misconfiguration and added a blank for end date. This time, it also stopped working from Sunday. I have checked all logs it doesn’t have any errors in it.
We haven’t configured a cron job yet. Can that be an issue in this scenario?
Any urgent help would be appreciated.
